We can't wait to have you as part of our union. Your presence means so much to us, and we are excited to share this special day with you.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are welcome if you want to bring them, this is confirmed directly with each family if it is their wish.
What food do I select if I have dietary requirements?

Please detail this at RSVP stage so we can manage with the hotel.
What time should I arrive?

6.30pm. This is an on-time event, the start time listed must be adhered to so we can fit in all the fun!
What time does the event end?

10.30pm is the target finish time at the venue, but we will be having an after party elsewhere for any revellers that fancy it!
When is the RSVP deadline?

March 14th (3 months before the event).
Can we take photos during the event?

Yes you can, but please don’t use flash and stay out of the way of the hired professionals.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?

It’s June in Dubai, the majority of the event is indoors, though there will be a terrace area for short stints of outside too.
Will there be Alcohol?

There will be both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for all guests.
Will there be a seating plan?

Yes, we will have a seating plan arranged, this will be on display upon arrival.
Last, but not least… Will there be a ceremony?

No, we will have already been married, so this is a celebration only!
Where can I indicate my food choices and allergen restrictions?

We'll be sending you an emailer about the food choices 3 months prior to the event.
